Experienced HR leader joins Employ to strengthen and elevate HR strategy
WALTHAM, Mass. (February 12, 2024) – Employ Inc., the largest comprehensive provider of recruiting and talent acquisition solutions and parent company of JazzHR, Lever, Jobvite, and NXTThing RPO, today announced the appointment of Stephanie Manzelli as Senior Vice President of HR and DEI effective February 12, 2024.
Stephanie will oversee and manage Employ’s talent strategies, playing a critical role in driving a workplace culture that continues to nurture innovation, customer-centricity, and diversity and inclusiveness. She will focus on employee engagement, HR strategy, learning and development, talent acquisition, employee relations, and total rewards, working closely with the existing leadership team and marketing to align efforts with the overall business objectives of Employ. Manzelli will report to Employ Chief Financial Officer, Joe Furnari.

Stephanie Manzelli is a seasoned HR executive who partners with leadership teams to develop ongoing strategic priorities that influence and guide employees to improve business outcomes. Prior to joining Employ, Stephanie held several leadership roles across retail, insurance, technology, and software. She most recently served as Vice President, People & Culture at SmartBear.
She has deep expertise across the HR function, as well as areas of transformation leadership, team building, and managing change, with proven success of marrying the needs of business and employees on a global scale.
